Michael G. Gatlin’s law practice offers superior legal services in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, small business representation, banking law and municipal permitting. Michael offers superior legal services to individuals, small businesses and regional lenders throughout eastern and central Massachusetts. He takes great pride in providing a range of legal services that are competitive, both in terms of quality as well as cost, with those provided by larger law offices.
Michael began his career as an Associate at Sheridan, Garrahan and Lander where he concentrated in residential and commercial real estate transactions. In 1987, he started his own practice in Framingham. His clients include many local area businesses and he also serves as general counsel to a local community bank.
Michael received his Bachelor of Arts Cum Laude from Framingham State College, and his Juris Doctor Cum Laude from the New England School of Law in 1982. As a member of the Property Law Section of the Massachusetts Bar Association, he gives frequent lectures for the Massachusetts Bar Association. Michael is also on the Board of Directors for Downtown Renaissance, the Framingham Public Library Foundation, and is a Chairperson on the Town of Framingham Economic Development and Industrial Corporation. Michael lives in Framingham with his wife and three children.
